Harlow Racing Shipping and Return Information

- Due to all the different tire compounds, sidewall configurations, wheel back spacing and bolt circles, we at Harlow Racing Tires want to be sure you are ordering the right tire and wheel for your application. It is very easy to click on a part number to order a product, most of the time you know what is needed, but sometimes a mistake is made. We have trained professionals at Harlow Racing that can eliminate a costly mistake. Please call us toll free (in the United States and Canada) for some friendly advice at 1-800-919-RACE. We want to help you, not just sell you something.
- Our fax machine does not take coffee breaks - you can fax your order, questions or comments 24 hours a day. Our FAX number is 1-734-722-2007.
- Shipping - (Our man is armed with boxes and tape.) We ship packages using UPS Ground. UPS also offers next day air, 3 day select, and Saturday delivery for an additional fee. There is a $5 UPS handling fee on all tires. We put our tires in a box to protect from any damage. A surcharge is applied to each ground package delivered to some rural areas.
- Payments For Orders - We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. To protect you, please include your credit card billing address. This helps to protect against fraudulent credit card use. We no longer accept C.O.D. orders, but you can prepay an order. We will ship the parts once payment is received.
- Warranty Claims, Damaged Products, and Defects - Most drag wheels are warrantied out of the box only - unmounted, not drilled. Check your products when you receive them to make sure that no damage occured during shipping, also check fitment. If a package is damaged during shipping, contact UPS immediately at 1-800-PICKUPS. Manufacturers warranties will have to be inspected by us and/or the manufacturer before a replacement or refund is issued.
- Returns - All returns must be sent in their original package, freight prepaid and insured, within 30 days of receiving them. Please include a copy of your invoice.
